You can find and buy pretty well any sort of equipment on the internet -use the manufacturers websites to find out about the product, and then there are a number of online sellers where you can compare prices -Screwfix, DIY Tools.

Many of the sites offer good health and safety guides online -these are worth reading, particularly if you are not used to using powerful equipment. You may also wish to register for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme which issues a widely recognised card to those who have passed their fairly straightforward test on site safety.
